This is the best vacation rental that we have ever experienced. It is so very beautifully decorated and appointed. We just loved using the included kayaks, bikes, and the canoe. The amenities in the kitchen were outstanding. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in this quaint little town.

The home was amazingly done and so luxurious. My family all loved it but what set it apart was all the little details Lisa put into it, like the supplies, menus, maps, etc..stc.. Everything was labeled well. Having the bikes, canoe and kayaks available was perfect as well. I cant say enough about how nice this rental was. I am so glad we found it!

Absolutely loved our stay at Sailors' Haven! All of the accomodations were simply outstanding! Everything was PERFECT and we lacked for nothing. Lisa was great to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! Can't wait to visit again for a longer stay. 5-Star all the way!

What a quaint and cozy space with impeccable attention to detail at every turn. A great use of space throughout the entire home. The location is excellent for a calm and relaxing walk to the waterfront to admire the sailboats, in the morning and sunset especially. Not to mention morning coffee trips to The Bean and afternoon ice cream runs =). Be sure to check out the Silos Restaurant for a neat vibe and great food. Easy travel for day trips to New Bern, Beaufort and even Harkers' Island to catch the ferry out to Cape Lookout National Seashore, This makes for a day of privacy and limited folks on a clean and clear beach. Thanks to Lisa for opening up this space for others to enjoy!

Sailors' Haven was wonderful! My husband and I spent ten nights in Oriental for vacation and Lisas' place delivered! "WOW"! is what you will say when you walk through the door. She and her mom have truly created an oasis of calm and beauty. Lisa went above and beyond in the thoughtful touches she left for us. Oriental itself is a small but charming village. Perfect as a spring point to explore further afield or as a place to just hang out and relax. Thanks again, Lisa!

Absolutely Stunning!! Lisa clearly has an eye for detail and made her home so very accommodating! She anticipated all of our needs for during our stay and we couldn’t ask for more!! Her extra touches made for a wonderful getaway!! I traveled with my two small children and they were thrilled to go kayaking with the kayaks that were provided and enjoyed settling down at the end of the day playing board games from the game cabinet! Thank you Lisa for offering such a lovely home! We will definitely be back!!

You'll find this gem right in the heart of Oriental, the "Sailing Capital of North Carolina". Directly across from the Marina on the Neuse, you'll find yourself, walking literally a minute to fantastic shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlor/bakery, parks, seafood shacks, shrimp boats and so much more! We have bikes for your sunrise ride 2 blocks to the Bean to get your morning coffee, and kayaks and a 16 foot canoe for your sunset float before you settle in for the night at Sailors' Haven. Come be our guest! Our free, private parking lot can fit up to 3 vehicles easily. Just walk them across the street and plunk them into the river. For your convenience you have access to The Village Fitness Club where you can find a full gym, various excercise classes and a pool. This all comes included in your booking at Sailors' Haven!
